The gastronomic offer includes the chef and BIBO’s great hits, now adapted to Qatari culture. It offers iconic recipes such as oxtail brioche, mushroom, DG sauce and arugula. Thus, we also find references to Andalusia and Spain with dishes such as the spicy potato omelette and the Russian salad with fried quail eggs. These dishes, which make up the tapas and brioche section are a perfect reflection of the cuisine that Dani García wants to make known.
