The BiBo Marbella menu is a menu without borders, a sensory journey to different corners of the world (France, Italy, Peru, Norway…) through dishes such as its mythical Brioches & Buns, the Bull Burgers, meats grilled over oak embers, salads with organic vegetables from the restaurant’s own garden, pizzas made in a wood-fired oven, soups and creams that comfort both in summer and winter, fried dishes and casseroles, a Raw Bar section with five types of ViVas oysters in different dressings and the Russian salad which is always a hit on the menu with its very own section as it can be made with crab, caramelised piquillo peppers and tuna belly or quail eggs.General MenuAllergens

A COSMOPOLITAN AND GLOBAL CELLAR
BiBo’s wine cellar has been developed by Carlos García Mayoralas, the restaurant manager of the Dani García Group, in tune with the eclectic, international and varied cuisine. It brings together around 500 references from different wine producing regions in the world, highlighting for example the selection of 60 Andalusian wines from boutique producers that are also available by the glass.*May be subject to changes.
