BiBo’s menu is spread over various sections: “Brioches & Tapas” with very Mediterranean options; a section of cold soups, salads and “Lovin’ Green” dishes; a “Raw & Oyster Bar”; “Andalusian Fry”, applying the technique used for croquettes to crispy prawns, and two sections with seafood dishes and plates for meat lovers. That’s 80 recipes in total which transport the diners on a trip around the world without even leaving Madrid.

BiBo Madrid is a lively space that bustles at all hours. So it has an extensive cocktail menu presented as an original French deck of cards and it sticks to the same philosophy as Dani García’s cuisine: a fusion between local Andalusia ideas and worldly flavours and aromas.

ANY AFTERNOON CAN TURN INTO A PARTY

In their quest to recover good and healthy habits, BiBo Madrid is open for snacks every evening from 17:00 to 19:00. It includes a snack menu with brioches, cold meats and desserts from the main menu. They are also the perfect accompaniment to our cocktail menu.

A COSMOPOLITAN AND GLOBAL CELLAR

BiBo’s wine cellar has been developed by Carlos García Mayoral, the restaurant manager of the Grupo Dani García, in tune with the eclectic, international and varied cuisine. It brings together around 500 references from different wine producing regions in the world, highlighting for example the selection of 60 Andalusian wines from boutique producers that are also available by the glass.
