In 2014, he made a fresh start after a period of personal reflection and began a new chapter in his culinary adventure. By opening the Dani García Restaurant and BiBo, he culminated his personal and professional growth. The Dani García Restaurant has enabled him to ratify his 2 Michelin stars.
