Sebastian Frank. Born in Austria, the kitchen was his customary place. When he was 13 years old, he was the only boy among 15 girls in the school’s home economics course, and he realised that cooking was his true passion. “I want to bring the flavour of my childhood to my guests’ minds”, says Frank. He sees himself as a custodian of the tradition that reinterprets Austrian cuisine. There are no limits to his creativity and it is only a matter of time before Sebastian Frank becomes known beyond his national borders through his cooking.
