At the first staging of “A Cuatro Manos”, held in February 2015, we witnessed the success and expertise of Michelin-starred national chefs of the stature of Joan Roca, QuiqueDacosta, Andoni Luis Aduriz orÁngel León, who made of their cuisine a unique event laden with friendship and emotion. A series of exclusive workshops that the city of Marbella hosted with open arms and whose media impact was unprecedented.

Together with Dani García, they were the creators of this magical experience where technique made the difference and passion lead the way.

The second edition of “A Cuatro Manos” was a recognition and revival of what elBulli Restaurant was, remains and contributed to world gastronomy. It again brought together the best national chefs: Joan Roca, Andoni Luis Aduriz, QuiqueDacosta, Ángel León and incorporated Albert Adriá, Juan María Arzak and Ricard Camarena, among others.

United by friendship and resorting to their taste memory, in preparing their dishes they captured through flavours and cooking art what for them was and remains elBulli Restaurant.

At this edition we created the international evenings and gathered together the best chefs from France, United States and Germany for our “A Cuatro Manos” evenings.
